Telemarketing Salesperson in Madrid | Part-Time (High Commissions | Permanent Contract)

At Movistar Prosegur Alarmas we are expanding our team and are looking for a Telemarketing Salesperson for in-person, on-site work at our Madrid office.

Your mission

You will help more people learn about and sign up for our services, providing excellent customer service and consultative selling that builds long-term trust and satisfaction.

What you will do:

- Making outbound calls to sell products and services over the phone.

- Managing the full sales cycle: qualification, proposal, closing, and follow-up.

- Updating the CRM and reporting on activity.

- Meeting monthly sales targets.

- Ongoing training provided by the company.

What we are looking for

- High school diploma (Bachillerato), vocational training (FP II), or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales or similar roles (required).

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward targets.

- Team player with a collaborative attitude.

- Proficiency with computer tools, CRM systems, and phone systems.

- Permanent contract (not a temporary position).

- Base salary for 25 hours: €14,202.45 gross per year.

- Highly competitive monthly commissions, above the current market rate.

- Part-time schedule of 25 hours per week.

  - Afternoon shift: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  - Availability to work one weekend per month.

Ayudarás a que más personas conozcan y contraten nuestros servicios, ofreciendo una atención excelente y una venta consultiva que genere confianza y satisfacción a largo plazo.

Qué harás:

- Emisión de llamadas para la venta telefónica de productos y servicios.

- Gestión integral del ciclo de venta: cualificación, propuesta, cierre y postventa.

- Seguimiento en CRM y reporte de actividad.

- Cumplimiento de objetivos de venta mensuales.

- Formación continua a cargo de la empresa.

Lo que necesitas

- Bachillerato, FP II o formación equivalente.

- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en venta telefónica o funciones similares (imprescindible).

- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y trato orientado a la persona cliente.

- Proactividad y orientación a resultados, habituada/o a trabajar por objetivos.

- Trabajo en equipo y colaboración.

- Manejo de herramientas informáticas, CRM y sistemas telefónicos.

- Contrato indefinido (no es campaña).

- Salario base para 25 h: 14.202,45 € brutos/año.

- Comisiones mensuales muy competitivas, por encima del mercado actual.

- Excelente ambiente, estabilidad y plan de desarrollo profesional real.

- Media jornada de 25 horas semanales.

  -Turno de tarde: 16:00–21:00, de lunes a viernes.

  -Disponibilidad 1 fin de semana al mes.
