The role

Legal assistance, providing information and advice regarding international protection procedures, statelessness, and other immigration-related inquiries to the individuals and families participating in the project, reporting directly to the person in charge.

What you'll do

  • Basic legal information on International Protection procedures and the immigration regime.
  • Advice and management related to International Protection applications, as well as the inadmissibility or denial of said applications.
  • Preparation of legal and administrative documents for case follow-up.
  • Preparation of reports for CIAR and other competent bodies.
  • Conducting information workshops and legal advice sessions on international protection and immigration matters.
  • Participate in the follow-up and supervision of cases of the beneficiary persons in coordination with the rest of the international protection team.
  • Participation in the meetings and activities of the team and the entity.
  • Registration of the files of the families and persons assisted, follow-ups, and actions taken.
  • Support in the preparation of technical reports and program follow-up reports, as well as improvement proposals.
