Program: Legal Area

Provide specialized legal advice on housing matters to the CAU047 technical team, ensuring that they provide rigorous, homogeneous, and high-quality attention to citizens, as well as support in regulatory interpretation, resolution of inquiries, and the development of legal criteria related to housing.

  • Attend to and resolve specialized legal inquiries regarding housing for the CAU047.
  • Analyze state, regional, and municipal regulations related to housing, leases, horizontal property, aid, rehabilitation, urban planning regulations, and the State Housing Plan.
  • Preparation of legal reports, interpretive notes, and reasoned responses to inquiries received.
  • Provide advice for the management of complex residential situations, proposing solutions in accordance with the law.
  • Support the technical team in the interpretation of regulations and in the generation of updated legal content for the service's knowledge base.
  • Participate in internal training and legal clarification sessions when required.
  • Contribute to the legal review of documentation, internal procedures, and informative materials aimed at citizens.
  • Keep applicable regulations up to date and detect legislative changes that impact the service provided by the CAU047.
  • Facilitate legal advice to the Programs managed by the entity, in all matters related to housing.
