Solid experience as a DBA, especially in MongoDB administration.
Hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and operation of databases in production.
Real experience in the administration of other databases: DB2, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.

The role

We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) with solid experience in MongoDB and the administration of other technologies such as DB2, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, to join a project for the management, maintenance, and evolution of database platforms in on-premise and cloud environments.

The selected person will be responsible for guaranteeing the availability, security, performance, capacity, and recovery of the various platforms.

What you'll do

Administration, installation, configuration, and maintenance of MongoDB, DB2, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server, depending on the assigned platforms.
Management of replica sets and high availability environments.
Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of database performance.
Management of backups, restorations, and incident recovery.
Administration of users, permissions, and security policies.
Management of capacity, storage, and growth.
Resolution of technical incidents and performance issues.
Version updates, patch application, and preventive maintenance.
Participation in migrations and infrastructure changes.
Automation of administrative tasks and technical documentation.
