Your mission is to identify operational bottlenecks, design intelligent workflows, and deliver data-driven automated solutions that enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational quality across the company.
This role bridges the gap between business processes, data engineering, and technology, working within the Finance department in close partnership with our Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Engineering teams.

Partner with business teams to identify and scope high‑impact transformation opportunities through AI and automation. Define the business problem, success metrics, feasibility, risks, and ROI.
Map, document, and analyze current processes, systems, and data flows across the existing tool landscape. Evaluate existing processes and assumptions, identify bottlenecks, and propose new workflows and tooling that enable scalability and efficiency. Work with the data and BI teams on new and updated data models to enable workflows.
Design and deliver new solutions end-to-end, from proof of concept to production. Develop automation and AI-based systems such as intelligent routing or workflow orchestration, integrated with internal platforms via APIs and webhooks.
Establish quality, performance, and safety monitoring for all solutions. Work closely with Security, Legal, and Privacy to ensure compliant data use and vendor management. Create documentation, runbooks, and handovers to ensure sustainable operations.
