Production and Operations Administrator

• Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration, Operations, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative functions.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced level of Excel.
• Ability to organize and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Responsible, committed person with a desire for stability.

• Knowledge of MAPEX.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Previous experience in industrial or production environments.
• Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization.

• Monday to Thursday: from 08:30 h to 18:00 h.
• Friday: from 08:00 h to 14:00 h.

At Temporal Quality, we are selecting a Production and Operations Administrator to join a major industrial company in the food sector located in Montblanc.

We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and committed person who wants to be part of an Operations department that is key to the company. Initially, this is a temporary contract of up to 6 months, with a subsequent real projection of continuity and incorporation into the end company.

Provide administrative support to the Operations area, collaborating especially on continuous improvement projects, shrinkage control, and personnel planning, ensuring the correct management and monitoring of factory production information.

• Administrative support to the Operations Department.
• Support to the Continuous Improvement and Shrinkage Control area.
• Registration, control, and updating of production data.
• Preparation and monitoring of reports using Excel.
• Administrative support in factory personnel planning.
• Monitoring of indicators and operational documentation.
• Administrative coordination with different areas of the company.
• Participation in process improvement and optimization projects.
