Plant Engineer,

From Quality ETT REus we are selecting a Plant Engineer for an SME in the graphic arts sector located in the REus area.

What will your mission be?

Provide technical support to the Operations Management in the continuous improvement of production processes, quality, maintenance and planning, actively participating in the company's implementation and growth projects.

What will your main duties be?

Design and implement the plant quality system (FSSC 22000).

Monitor and improve the preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities.

Participate in the design of the new factory layout.

Manage and monitor production planning.

Provide technical support in the process of acquiring new machinery.

Identify and implement improvements in production processes.

Develop operational indicators and KPIs.

We value a salary range between €30,000 and €35,000 gross per year.

On-site

Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or similar).

Between 3 and 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, FSSC or similar).

Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.

A methodical, resourceful person with the ability to learn.

Experience in the food or packaging sector will be valued.

Quines seran les teves funcions principals?

Dissenyar i implantar el sistema de qualitat de planta (FSSC 22000).

Fer el seguiment i la millora del manteniment preventiu de la maquinària i les instal·lacions.

Participar en el disseny del layout de la nova fàbrica.

Gestionar i fer el seguiment de la planificació de la producció.

Donar suport tècnic en el procés d'adquisició de nova maquinària.

Identificar i implantar millores en els processos productius.

Elaborar indicadors i KPIs operatius.

Entre 3 i 5 anys d'experiència en un entorn industrial de manufactura.

Coneixements de sistemes de qualitat (ISO, FSSC o similars).

Domini d'Excel i AutoCAD.

Persona metòdica, resolutiva i amb capacitat d'aprenentatge.

Es valorarà experiència en el sector alimentari o del packaging.
