Requirements

What we're looking for

Qualification related to the sector: Architecture, Technical Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Engineering, Drafting or engineering degrees in general.

Experience in the construction sector and/or the timber sector will be valued.

Residence preferably near Reus or, failing that, along the Reus–Barcelona corridor.

Other requirements: proficiency in AutoCAD and command of the Office suite.

The role

We are looking for a Project Technician to join a consolidated, growing company. The selected candidate will begin a training and mentoring period to progressively take on full project management, combining technical, commercial and coordination duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with technical training who want to move into a leadership and management position.

What you'll do

After an initial training period at the Reus offices, you will take responsibility for managing projects from start to finish, maintaining communication with clients, coordinating the different execution phases and ensuring compliance with the established objectives.

Main duties

Full project management.

Coordination with clients, suppliers and technical teams.

Technical, economic and operational monitoring of projects.

Preparation and review of technical documentation.

Site visits and monitoring of execution.

Technical and commercial support during the different project phases.

Participation in the development and growth of the business portfolio.
