Vacancy: HR Business Partner

Location: San Sebastián de los Reyes - Madrid

We are looking to hire an HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive support in Human Resources matters to the assigned centers, acting as a liaison between professionals, area managers, and the various specialized HR departments.

Reporting to the Human Resources Management, this role will play a key part in the day-to-day management of people, ensuring the proper functioning of labor, administrative, and organizational processes, as well as contributing to team development and the continuous improvement of the area.

What you'll do

Main duties:

Manage personnel administration processes, including hiring, terminations, contract expirations, and other procedures related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Act as a liaison with the payroll department, ensuring the correct transmission of information regarding hires, terminations, incidents, variables, incentives, and any other data required for proper compensation management.

Address queries from professionals and managers on labor, administrative, and people management matters.

Monitor key Human Resources indicators, such as absenteeism, turnover, working hours, vacations, and other relevant data, preparing reports to support decision-making.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with managers to define job profiles, post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and track candidates, with the aim of ensuring adequate staffing coverage.

Identify training needs and coordinate the training plan, in collaboration with the specialized area, monitoring training actions and their outcomes.

Serve as the Human Resources point of reference for managers and teams, providing advice on organization, workplace climate, performance, professional development, and people management.

Collaborate in communications with the works council and legal employee representatives, providing support on any matters that may arise in the field of labor relations.

Requirements

University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in generalist Human Resources roles.
