What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Accreditation of the in-house prevention service with its preventive qualification.
  • Preparation and review of occupational risk assessments in the company.
  • Implementation of preventive measures in the company.
  • Thorough monitoring of the planning of preventive activity.
  • Interaction with mutual insurance entities and with external service providers.
  • Preparation of reports and reporting of KPIs such as number of accidents, absenteeism, etc.
  • Conducting internal inspections and monitoring the emergency plan, participating in drills, informational talks, training, emergency team lists, first aid kit reviews...
  • Delivering informational talks on the specific risks of the workplace.
  • Active participation in the organisation and delivery of training courses on occupational risk prevention.
  • Monitoring compliance with legal and internal requirements for the activity of contractors and subcontractors and in matters of coordination of business activities.
  • Active participation in excellence certification processes in prevention and health matters.
  • Support in the organisation and management of occupational health surveillance.

What we're looking for

What do we expect from you?

  • Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations or a related qualification.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with the three technical specialities (Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology). Advanced English level (B2/C1).
  • Previous experience in managing ISO 45001 and Healthy Company (SIGOS) certifications.
  • Between 7 and 10 years of previous experience in similar positions and functions. Experience in sectors such as Transport, Automotive or Maintenance is valued.
  • Willingness to travel.
