What you'll do
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Accreditation of the in-house prevention service with its preventive qualification.
- Preparation and review of occupational risk assessments in the company.
- Implementation of preventive measures in the company.
- Thorough monitoring of the planning of preventive activity.
- Interaction with mutual insurance entities and with external service providers.

What we're looking for
What do we expect from you?
- Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations or a related qualification.
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with the three technical specialities (Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology). Advanced English level (B2/C1).
- Previous experience in managing ISO 45001 and Healthy Company (SIGOS) certifications.
- Between 7 and 10 years of previous experience in similar positions and functions. Experience in sectors such as Transport, Automotive or Maintenance is valued.
- Willingness to travel.

- Elaboración y revisión de evaluaciones de riesgos laborales en la empresa.
- Implantación de medidas preventivas en la empresa.

- Interacción con entidades mutualistas y con proveedores de servicios externos.
- Elaboración de informes y reporte de KPIs tales como número de accidentes, absentismo, etc.
- Realización de inspecciones internas y seguimiento del plan de emergencias, participando en la realización de simulacros, charlas informativas, formación, listados de equipos de emergencia, revisión de botiquines...

What we're looking for
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
- Grado en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales o titulación afín.
- Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales con las tres especialidades técnicas (Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial, Ergonomía y Psicosociología). Nivel de inglés avanzado (B2/C1).
- Experiencia previa en la gestión de las certificaciones ISO 45001 y Empresa Saludable (SIGOS).
- Entre 7 y 10 años de experiencia previa en posiciones y funciones similares. Valorable experiencia en sectores como Transporte, Automoción o Mantenimiento.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
