Waiter Event Service September

Within your duties, you will be responsible for:

- Serving at the table, providing personalized attention to guests while following the protocols of high-end hospitality and corporate/VIP events. You will have a specific rank with a number x of guests.

- You will be responsible for setting up and taking down the tables, as well as marking the first, second courses, and desserts.

- Attending to the guests' requests.

- Opening wine bottles and performing table service.

- Serving beverages.

- Checking and restocking the supplies and loading the same for the next day's service.

- Good stress management and teamwork skills to achieve productive service that meets expectations.

Since the guests are foreign, we need you to have a good command and fluent English at a conversational level. (Demonstrable B2/C1 level for public-facing service)

Other languages will be valued.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in table service at à la carte restaurants or events, demonstrable. (You may be given a setup and tray service test)

Image and attitude: Excellent presence, elegance, professionalism, and communication skills.

Availability: Flexible schedule to work for occasional or recurring services/events.

Dentro de tus funciones, te encargarás de:

-Servir en mesa, dando una atención personalizada a los comensales siguiendo los protocolos de alta hostelería y eventos corporativos/VIP. Tendrás un rango específico con un número x de comensales.

-Tendrás que realizar el montaje y desmontaje de las mesas, así como el marcaje de los primeros, segundos platos y postres.

-Atender a las peticiones de los comensales.

-Abrir botellas de vino y realizar un servicio en mesa.

-Servir bebidas.

-Repasar el material de trabajo y cargar el mismo para el servicio del día siguiente.

-Buen manejo del estrés y trabajo en equipo para lograr un servicio productivo y a la altura de las expectativas.

Al tratarse de comensales extranjeros, necesitamos que tengas un buen dominio y un inglés fluido a nivel conversación. (Nivel B2/C1 demostrable para atención al público)

Se valorarán otros idiomas.

Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en servicio de mesa en restaurantes a la carta, o eventos demostrable. (Es posible que se te haga una prueba de montaje y servicio con bandeja)

Imagen y actitud: Excelente presencia, elegancia, profesionalidad y habilidades de comunicación.

Disponibilidad: Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar por servicios/eventos puntual o recurrentemente.
