The role
H10 Hotels needs to hire a person to work as Head of Department at our hotel H10 Costa Mogán, in Gran Canaria.
What you'll do
The duties to be performed will be:
To professionally carry out the duties of controlling and supervising the stations and/or service assigned to them, under the supervision of the Head Chef.
Participate in the control of supplies, preservation, and storage of goods.
Prepare reports on the management of resources and processes for their station and/or service.
Collaborate in the instructions given to the staff under their charge.
Supervise the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area assigned to their station and ensure the excellent condition of equipment and facilities.
