Entertainment staff member at H10 Playa Meloneras Horizons Collection

H10 Hotels is looking to hire an entertainment staff member to work at our hotel H10 Playa Meloneras Horizons Collection, in Gran Canaria.

The duties to be performed will be:

• Carry out the multi-purpose entertainment program (sports, games, workshops, and mini disco).
• Run the Mini Club activities, ensuring the children's fun, care, and safety.
• Lead group classes for adults in a recreational way (Aqua Gym, Yoga, etc.).
• Adapt the level of the classes to the participants so that everyone enjoys themselves and feels comfortable.
• Engage and motivate guests to take part in the activities.
• Continuously inform guests about the scheduled activities.
• Interact with children, families, and adults with empathy, education, and professionalism.
• Ensure that the space and necessary equipment are prepared and meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure the correct use of equipment by participants to prevent accidents.
• Care for and maintain the entertainment materials and facilities in perfect condition.
• Cooperate with the different departments to promote the activity program.

• Languages: B1 German, C1 Spanish, C1 English. Other languages will be valued.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in multi-purpose and children's entertainment in hotels.
• Profile: Versatile, cheerful, patient person with high energy, communication skills, and excellent presence.

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

• Ejecutar el programa de actividades polivalente (deportes, juegos, talleres y minidisco).
• Dinamizar las actividades del Mini Club, asegurando la diversión, cuidado y seguridad de los niños.
• Impartir clases dirigidas con adultos de una forma recreativa (Aqua Gym, Yoga, etc.).
• Adaptar el nivel de las clases a los asistentes para que todos disfruten y se sientan cómodos.
• Captar y animar a los clientes a participar en las actividades.
• Informar de forma continua a los huéspedes sobre las actividades programadas.
• Interactuar con niños, familias y adultos con empatía, educación y profesionalidad.
• Garantizar que el espacio y las herramientas necesarias estén preparadas y cumplan con los estándares de calidad y limpieza.
• Asegurar el uso correcto de las herramientas por parte de los participantes para evitar accidentes.
• Cuidar y mantener en perfecto estado el material y las instalaciones de animación.
• Cooperar con los diferentes departamentos para la difusión del programa de actividades.

• Idiomas: B1 Alemán, C1 Castellano, C1 Inglés. Otros idiomas serán valorables.
• Experiencia: Mínima de 1 año en animación turística polivalente e infantil en hoteles.
• Perfil: Persona versátil, alegre, paciente, con alta energía, capacidad de comunicación y excelente presencia.
