The role
H10 Hotels is looking to hire an entertainment staff member to work at our hotel H10 Playa Meloneras Horizons Collection, in Gran Canaria.
What you'll do
The duties to be performed will be:
- Carry out the multi-purpose entertainment program (sports, games, workshops, and mini disco).
- Run the Mini Club activities, ensuring the children's fun, care, and safety.
- Lead group classes for adults in a recreational way (Aqua Gym, Yoga, etc.).
- Adapt the level of the classes to the participants so that everyone enjoys themselves and feels comfortable.
- Engage and motivate guests to take part in the activities.
- Continuously inform guests about the scheduled activities.
- Interact with children, families, and adults with empathy, education, and professionalism.
- Ensure that the space and necessary equipment are prepared and meet quality and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure the correct use of equipment by participants to prevent accidents.
- Care for and maintain the entertainment materials and facilities in perfect condition.
- Cooperate with the different departments to promote the activity program.
