Paradisus Gran Canaria 5-star luxury TI hotel is looking for a waiter/waitress to join our team.

Job mission

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests across our various bars.

What will you have to do?

- Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, and appetizers according to hotel standards.
- Offer recommendations and answer guests' questions about our drinks menu.
- Keep bar areas clean, organized, and well-stocked. - Take orders efficiently and ensure a premium bar experience. - Collaborate with the bar and kitchen team to deliver fast, high-quality service.

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in luxury hotels or restaurants.
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. - Positive and proactive attitude. - Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- English proficiency; other languages are a plus.

Misión de puesto

Como Camarero de Bares, serás responsable de ofrecer un servicio excepcional a nuestros huéspedes en los diferentes bares del hotel.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

- Preparar y servir bebidas, cócteles y aperitivos según los estándares del hotel.
- Ofrecer recomendaciones y responder a las consultas de los huéspedes sobre nuestra carta de bebidas.
- Mantener las áreas del bar limpias, organizadas y bien abastecidas. - Tomar pedidos de manera eficiente y garantizar una experiencia de bar de lujo. - Colaborar con el equipo de bares y cocina para ofrecer un servicio rápido y de alta calidad.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Experiencia previa como camarero de bares, preferiblemente en hoteles o restaurantes de lujo.
- Conocimiento de coctelería y servicio de bebidas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente. - Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión. - Actitud positiva y proactiva. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y días festivos.
- Conocimientos de inglés; otros idiomas serán valorados.

RECUERDA: Antes de presentar tu candidatura, deberás informar de tu interés por participar en el proceso de selección interno a tu responsable directo y/o Director/a de Hotel, y tu responsable de Recursos Humanos. Tu responsable jerárquico no tendrá la potestad de autorizar ni tampoco de frenar la presentación de una candidatura, pero sí deberá estar debidamente informado.
