Customer Service with Italian

Within the position, your main responsibilities will be:

Maintain direct and constant contact with clients to address their inquiries in a professional manner.

Manage and resolve questions or possible issues quickly and diligently.

Identify and anticipate client needs based on their purchasing habits to offer products or services that are beneficial to them.

Use persuasion skills to ensure clients are satisfied with the service received.

Coordinate with the rest of the team to guarantee impeccable customer service, following a model of cooperation and joint planning.

Manage daily tasks while remaining calm and in control, even during periods of high workload or pressure.

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

Advanced command of the Office suite (tools such as Word or Excel).

Experience specifically in Customer Service Management and knowledge of Sage X3 software will be positively valued. Required languages: High level of Italian, English, and Spanish. French is highly valued.

We are looking for a communicative, empathetic person with strong listening skills and patience to manage monotonous situations or daily challenges with a positive attitude.

By joining this project, you will enjoy the following conditions:

Annual Gross Salary: Between EUR 21,000 and EUR 24,000 per year initially, depending on experience.

Type of contract: Temporary contract through the company with the possibility of continuity.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday with flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, ending at 6:00 PM. Fridays have an intensive working day from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Dentro de la posición, tus responsabilidades principales serán:

Mantener el contacto directo y constante con los clientes para atender sus consultas de manera profesional.

Gestionar y solucionar dudas o posibles incidencias de forma rápida y diligente.

Identificar y anticipar las necesidades de los clientes basándose en sus hábitos de compra para ofrecer productos o servicios que les resulten beneficiosos.

Utilizar la capacidad de persuasión para asegurar que los clientes queden satisfechos con el servicio recibido.

Coordinarse con el resto del equipo para garantizar una atención al cliente impecable, siguiendo un modelo de cooperación y planificación conjunta.

Gestionar las tareas diarias manteniendo la calma y el autocontrol, incluso en momentos de alta carga de trabajo o presión.

Para optar a esta posición, necesitaremos que cumplas con los siguientes criterios:

Dominio avanzado del paquete Office (herramientas como Word o Excel).

Se valorará positivamente poseer experiencia específica en Customer Service Management y conocimientos del software Sage X3. Idiomas requeridos: Nivel alto de Italiano, Inglés y Castellano. Muy valorable aportar francés

Buscamos a una persona comunicativa, empática, con gran capacidad de escucha y paciencia para gestionar situaciones monótonas o retos diarios con una actitud positiva.

Salario Bruto Anual: Entre 21.000 euros y 24.000 euros anuales iniciales según expertise

Tipo de contrato: Contrato temporal por empresa con posibilidad de continuidad.

Horario de trabajo: De lunes a jueves con entrada flexible entre las 08:00 y las 09:00 horas, finalizando a las 18:00 horas. Los viernes se realiza jornada intensiva de 08:00 a 15:00 horas.
