Customer Service Cruise Sales (French Speaker)

This role is key because it represents the customer's first connection with the brand.

The position is called Cruise Expert and combines customer service, sales, and personalized advisory.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls from customers interested in booking a cruise.
• Make some outgoing calls in specific campaigns.
• Close bookings, update databases, and log information in the CRM.
• Manage emails and call-back requests.
• Build trust, understand needs, and advise to close the sale.
• Resolve objections with empathy.
• Meet commercial and quality targets.

This is a role highly focused on customer experience and consultative selling.

Permanent contract directly with the company.

Rotating shifts:

-Week 1 Mon to Fri (remote work on Friday)

-Week 2 from Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week. (remote work on Saturday)

Rotating schedule (every 15 days) 9am-6pm and 10am-7pm

1 month of fully paid training.

SBA: €21,362 + Meal voucher. (€2,070) annually, plus a variable between €600 and €700 gross per month based on targets.

2 free cruises per year for you and/or a family member.

They are pioneers in sustainability within the cruise sector and we are looking for a Customer Service Cruise Sales (French Speaker)

Fluent level of French, with excellent grammar and spelling (oral and written).

Previous experience in sales or commercial customer service.

Strong communication skills and emotional connection with the customer.

Active listening and results orientation.

Ability to handle objections and close sales with empathy.

Ability to multitask and manage time.

Proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented profile.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Gestionar llamadas entrantes de clientes interesados en reservar un crucero.
• Realizar algunas llamadas salientes en campañas específicas.
• Cerrar reservas, actualizar bases de datos y registrar información en CRM.
• Gestionar emails y solicitudes de devolución de llamada.
• Generar confianza, entender necesidades y asesorar para cerrar la venta.
• Resolver objeciones con empatía.
• Cumplir objetivos comerciales y de calidad.

Es un rol muy orientado a la experiencia del cliente y a la venta consultiva.

Contrato indefinido directo con empresa.

Turnos rotativos:

-Semana 1 de L a V (teletrabajo viernes)

-Semana 2 de L a S, con descanso un día entre semana. (teletrabajo sábado)

Horario rotativo (c/15 días) 9h-18h y 10h- 19h

1 mes de formación totalmente remunerada.

SBA: 21,362€ + Ticket restaurante. (2070€) anual, además de un variable entre 600€ y 700€ bruto al mes por objetivos.

Nivel fluido de francés, con excelente gramático/a y ortografía (oral y escrita).

Experiencia previa en ventas o atención al cliente comercial.

Gran capacidad de comunicación y conexión emocional con el cliente.

Escucha activa y orientación a resultados.

Habilidad para gestionar objeciones y cerrar ventas con empatía.

Capacidad para multitarea y gestión del tiempo.

Perfil proactivo, motivado y orientado a objetivos.
