Sales assistant for a jewellery shop in Hortaleza

As part of the sales team, your main duties will be:

• Promoting product sales.
• Personalised advice and customer service in the jewellery area.
• Resolving questions and queries about the product.

• Contract: Temporary
• Start date: 31/08/2026 to 13/09/2026
• Salary €12.45 gross per hour

• Schedule:

11:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 21:30

This means 8 effective working hours per day, SPREAD FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY

Rest days

First week: Wednesday and Thursday

Second week: Monday and Tuesday

Promoting the brand and the watches.

Answering basic questions about the products.

Encouraging purchases at the point of sale.

Managing the prize wheel during the activation and explaining how it works: customers who purchase a watch from the brand may take part in the wheel with their receipt.

Handing out and keeping track of the corresponding prizes.

Keeping the space tidy and ensuring the brand image is maintained at all times.

• Promocionar la venta del producto.
• Asesoramiento personalizado y atención al cliente en el área de joyería.
• Resolución de dudas y consultas sobre el producto.

• Salario 12,45 bruto hora

• Horario:

11:00 a 13:00 y 14:30 a 21:30

Esto supone 8 horas efectivas de trabajo al día DISTRIBUIDO DE LUNES A DOMINGO

Primera semana: miércoles y jueves

Segunda semana: lunes y martes

Dar a conocer la marca y los relojes.

Resolver consultas básicas sobre los productos.

Incentivar la compra en el punto de venta.

Gestionar la ruleta de premios durante la activación y explicar la dinámica: los clientes que realicen una compra de un reloj de la marca podrán participar con su ticket en la ruleta.

Entregar y controlar los premios correspondientes.

Mantener el espacio ordenado y cuidar que la imagen de marca se mantenga en todo momento.
