The role
Do you have previous experience as a meat processor? Do you have immediate availability for incorporation and can you work Monday to Saturday on the morning shift?
What you'll do
Preparation of raw materials: Cleaning, boning, cutting, and mincing different types of meat.
Preparation of meat products: Preparation of sausages (fresh and cured), hamburgers, meatballs, marinated meats, and other meat preparations.
Recipe control: Exact dosing of spices, seasonings, and additives following the company's quality standards.
Machinery handling: Safely operating mincers, sausage fillers, mixers, and vacuum packers.
Packaging and labeling: Final preparation of the product for display or distribution, ensuring correct labeling of dates and batches.
Cleaning and hygiene: Strictly complying with food safety regulations (HACCP), keeping tools and the work area clean.
How you'll work
Part-time contract, morning shift, Monday to Saturday.
Requirements
