Account Manager with Portuguese

Do you have training and experience in the account management sector? Do you speak and write Portuguese? Do you reside in Alicante and have immediate availability? We have a job for you.

-Attend to and follow up with clients via telephone, email, Teams, and other channels.

-Manage inquiries, requests, incidents, and petitions related to clients and sales.

-Review and keep the data and records of assigned accounts updated.

-Perform administrative and commercial tasks, ensuring the follow-up of each case until its resolution.

-Coordinate with different departments to provide a complete response to the client.

-Record activity and relevant interactions in an orderly manner.

-Perform commercial follow-up, reactivation, acquisition, or communication of promotions when appropriate.

-Full-time schedule from 10:00h to 19:00h, with one hour for lunch

-Initial contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT) for a maximum total of 6 months, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.

-Native or bilingual Portuguese and fluent Spanish, both oral and written.

-Previous experience of between 2 and 4 years in account management, commercial service, B2B customer service, commercial administration, inside sales, or similar positions.

-Ability to maintain fluid and professional telephone conversations in the corresponding market language.

-Experience working with a volume of calls, inquiries, tasks, and follow-ups.

-Good capacity for organization, prioritization, and interdepartmental coordination.

-Intermediate level of Excel and habitual use of Microsoft 365.

-Availability to work on-site in Alicante.
