About the role

  • Get involved in solving complex problems, contributing expertise in PLC programming and multi-brand automation.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Engineering is essential (specialization in Automation, Electronics, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, industrial organization).
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in industrial process improvement.
  • Languages: A proficient level of English to lead meetings and communicate autonomously with international counterparts.
  • Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and familiarity with PLC programming and electrical schematics (Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SAP.
  • 100% on-site work at the plant.
