Industrial Manufacturing Engineer

• Implement adaptations in processes and workstations by applying Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies in the plant, managing guided vehicles (AGVs, AMRs), robotics, and digital tools (IoT).
• Define, quote, and execute line architectures and industrial scenarios, adapting layouts and managing the assigned budget (CapEx).
• Collaborate closely with the Health and Safety department to integrate safety and ergonomics into every design or machinery startup.
• Get involved in solving complex problems, contributing expertise in PLC programming and multi-brand automation.

• A university degree in Engineering is essential (specialization in Automation, Electronics, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, industrial organization).
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in industrial process improvement.
• Languages: A proficient level of English to lead meetings and communicate autonomously with international counterparts.
• Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and familiarity with PLC programming and electrical schematics (Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SAP.
• 100% on-site work at the plant.

• Initial temporary contract through Randstad (approx. 6 months), with a real possibility of becoming a permanent member of the company's staff early next year.

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Procesos / Manufacturing Engineer para liderar la transformación y optimización de líneas de producción. Si tienes "chispa" para liderar cambios y buscas un proyecto en una compañía de primer nivel, ¡esta es tu oportunidad

• Implementar adaptaciones en los procesos y estaciones de trabajo aplicando metodologías Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma y análisis de causa raíz.
• Liderar la implementación de nuevas tecnologías en planta, gestionando vehículos guiados (AGVs, AMRs), robótica y herramientas digitales (IoT).
• Definir, cotizar y ejecutar arquitecturas de línea y escenarios industriales, adaptando layouts y gestionando el presupuesto asignado (CapEx).
• Colaborar estrechamente con el departamento PRL para integrar la seguridad y la ergonomía en cada diseño o puesta en marcha de maquinaria
• Intervenir en la resolución de problemas complejos, aportando conocimientos en programación de PLCs y automatización multimarca.

• Imprescindible Titulación Universitaria en Ingeniería (Especialidad en Automatización, Electrónica, Industrial o Eléctrica, organización industrial)
• Experiencia entre 1 y 3 años en mejora de procesos industriales.
• Idiomas: Nivel de Inglés con solvencia para liderar reuniones y comunicarse con interlocutores internacionales de forma autónoma.
• Conocimientos sólidos en metodologías de mejora continua (Lean, Six Sigma) y nociones en programación de PLCs y esquemas eléctricos (Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, etc).
• Manejo de MS Office, AutoCAD y SAP.
• Trabajo 100% presencial en planta.

• Contratación temporal inicial a través de Randstad (aprox. 6 meses), con posibilidad real de incorporación permanente a la plantilla interna de la compañía a principios del próximo año.

• Turno central de lunes a jueves con entrada flexible (entre las 07:00h y las 10:00h). Los viernes disfrutarás de jornada intensiva de 6 horas.
