Electrical Engineer (Technical Customer Support)

Your main mission as a Prescriber Electrical Engineer will be to act as a

bridge between the customer's complex needs and the technical capabilities,

offering B2B technical solutions and services engineering. Your job will consist

of understanding the technical needs of a plant or maintenance manager in

Madrid and preparing a tailored proposal that includes qualified labor, electrical engineering projects, and the necessary calibrations. Follow-up with customers within the Community of Madrid and surrounding areas that require electronic instrumentation, automation, or maintenance services.

-Customer visits and meetings with customers for technical advice.

-Listen to the customer's production or measurement problem and advise on which company product or system best suits their

needs.

-Preparation of technical and economic proposals.

• Electrical Engineer
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Prescriber Electrical Engineer.

-Strong active listening skills to translate production problems into engineering solutions.

-Mobility: Driver's license (essential for customer and site visits in the Community of Madrid and surrounding areas).

Tu misión principal como Ingeniero Eléctrico Prescriptor será actuar como

puente entre las necesidades complejas del cliente y las capacidades técnicas,

ofreciendo soluciones técnicas B2B e ingeniería de servicios. Tu trabajo consistirá

en entender las necesidades técnicas de un jefe de planta o de mantenimiento en

Madrid y prepararle una propuesta a medida que incluya la mano de obra calificada, los proyectos de ingeniería eléctrica y las calibraciones necesarias. Seguimiento de clientes dentro de la Comunidad de Madrid y alrededores que requieran instrumentación electrónica, automatización o servicios de mantenimiento)

-Visitas a cliente y reuniones con cliente asesoramiento técnico.

-Escuchar el problema de producción o medición del cliente y orientar sobre el producto de la empresa o sistema se adapta mejor a sus

necesidades.

-Elaboración de propuestas técnico-económicas.

• Ingeniero Eléctrico
• Experiencia mínima a 3 años como Ingeniero Eléctrico Prescriptor

-Alta capacidad de escucha activa para traducir problemas de producción en soluciones de ingeniería.

-Movilidad: Carnet de conducir (imprescindible para visitas a clientes y obras en la Comunidad de Madrid y alrededores).
