What you'll do

Coordinate and control all production shift operations, line by line, according to the daily schedule and instructions from the production manager, as well as policies, regulations, and management systems, in order to ensure the achievement of volume, profitability, and margin targets per product, and compliance with quality and safety standards at the plant.

-Coordinate production line activities, provide work instructions, manage timelines, drive team performance, and support various functions to meet the plan.

-Ensure proper line preparation and correct format changeovers to avoid technical downtime during start-ups.

-Perform personnel supervision and monitoring for the shift.

-Prepare, attend, and contribute to meetings with Production, HSE, Quality, and Engineering departments.

-Execute the shift training plan to improve performance and flexibility, and propose additional training based on team needs analysis.

What you'll get

-Salary according to collective agreement: 25K to 30K.

The variable component will be considered from the start of permanent employment, and the first year will include an additional +2K (prorated based on the months of the year under contract).

How you'll work
