The role

Do you have experience in production lines? Are you looking for a stable job with growth opportunities? At Randstad, we are looking for people like you.

What you'll do

Prepare, start up, and monitor extrusion and blow molding lines (feeding raw material, controlling air temperatures and pressures).

Perform mold and tooling changes according to production orders, configuring the necessary parameters.

Visually and using measuring tools, verify that containers have no defects, controlling weights and thicknesses.

Resolve minor technical issues, trimming, filter and nozzle cleaning.

Strictly comply with safety, order, and cleanliness regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Demonstrable previous experience as a machine operator in the plastics sector (specific experience in extrusion, blow molding, or injection molding is valued).

Basic mechanical knowledge for adjusting and maintaining machinery.

Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and proactivity in the event of incidents.

Availability to work rotating shifts.

Own vehicle to access the workplace.
