Operator (M/F) for Wind Turbine Manufacturing (Lumbier)

In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for the following tasks in the production process:

Manufacturing and assembly of wind turbine blades.

Laminating, finishing, and sanding of fiberglass components.

Repair and quality control of the different parts of the blade.

Use of manual tools specific to the industrial sector.

To fit the profile, we require:

Previous experience in the industrial, metal, construction, or agricultural sector.

Manual dexterity and valuable experience in industrial assembly with tools.

Full-time availability and immediate start to work from Monday to Saturday.

Possibility of working the fourth shift.

Mobility: Have your own vehicle to travel to the workplace in Lumbier.

Suitable physical fitness for handling and exposure to materials specific to the industrial manufacturing process.

Initial 4-month contract with high chances of renewal and stability.

Fourth shift schedule: rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts

Salary: EUR 16.25/h + bonuses

En tu día a día, te encargarás de las siguientes tareas en el proceso de producción:

Fabricación y montaje de palas para molinos eólicos.

Laminado, acabado y lijado de componentes de fibra de vidrio.

Reparación y control de calidad de las diferentes piezas de la pala.

Uso de herramientas manuales específicas del sector industrial.

Para encajar en el perfil, requerimos:

Experiencia previa mínima en el sector industrial, metal, construcción o agrario.

Destreza manual y valorable experiencia en montaje industrial con herramientas.

Disponibilidad horaria total e inmediata para trabajar de lunes a sábado.

Posibilidad de hacer 4º turno.

Movilidad: Disponer de vehículo propio para desplazarse al centro de trabajo en Lumbier.

Aptitud física adecuada para el manejo y exposición a materiales propios del proceso de fabricación industrial.

Contrato inicial de 4 meses con altas posibilidades de renovación y estabilidad.

Jornada en 4º turno: turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche

Salario: 16,25¿/h + pluses

Formación continua y personalizada en el propio puesto de trabajo desde el primer día.
