About the role

From Adecco, we are looking for Machine and Installation Drivers to join the Volkswagen team.

The selected person will participate directly in the production process, carrying out direct production functions and ensuring compliance with established quality standards. Position mission

What you'll do

Main duties

Supervise and operate the assigned automatic and semi-automatic facilities.

Carry out the start-up, shutdown and control of production equipment.

Detect incidents, breakdowns or process deviations and act in accordance with established procedures.

Execute first-level interventions and collaborate with maintenance teams in resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation breakdowns.

Make adjustments, basic parameter settings and format changes when necessary.

Verify the correct operation of sensors, actuators, industrial robots and control systems.

Ensure compliance with product and process quality standards.

Complete production, incident and maintenance activity records.

Participate in continuous improvement activities aimed at increasing the availability and efficiency of the facilities.

Comply with and promote the safety, occupational health and environmental regulations in force at the plant.
