What you'll do

  • Supervise and operate the assigned automatic and semi-automatic facilities.
  • Carry out the start-up, shutdown and control of production equipment.
  • Detect incidents, breakdowns or process deviations and act in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform first-level interventions and collaborate with maintenance teams in resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automation breakdowns.
  • Make adjustments, basic parameter settings and format changes when necessary.
  • Verify the correct operation of sensors, actuators, industrial robots and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with product and process quality standards.
  • Complete production, incident and maintenance activity records.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities aimed at increasing the availability and efficiency of the facilities.
  • Comply with and promote the safety, occupational health and environmental regulations in force at the plant.

Requirements

Technical:

  • Knowledge of industrial automation.
  • Basic interpretation of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic diagrams.

  • Driving license type B (Desirable).
