In this high-performance, consultative sales role, you will guide customers through key decision-making moments, helping them choose the perfect premium cruise holiday while directly driving conversion and revenue growth.

Your Impact

• Sales & Conversion: Lead consultative sales conversations from initial enquiry to confirmed booking. You will handle objections, manage urgency, drive upsells, and take full ownership of your individual revenue targets (NTR).
• Portfolio Growth: Build and nurture a personal client portfolio using both inbound enquiries and proactive outbound campaigns. You will manage structured follow-ups within our CRM to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Expert Advisory: Master itineraries, ships, and pricing to confidently recommend tailored solutions that balance customer needs with our premium brand experience.

• Native or C2 German level.
• 1+ year of experience in phone-based consultative sales (Travel, Hospitality, or Premium Retail is a strong plus).
• Strong commercial mindset focused on target achievement and high conversion.
• Experience working with sales KPI's.
• Full right to work in Spain and flexibility to work rotating shifts (12/7 coverage).
