About the role

What you'll do

  • Carry out quality controls and inspections (qualitative and quantitative) in accordance with work instructions to ensure product quality and the stability of the production process.
  • Analyze and communicate results, deviations, incidents, rejected and retained products to technicians, Shift Managers, and the Senior Quality Controller.
  • Perform tests on products from claims and internal and external incidents.
  • Actively support Production in specific trials and controls required by technicians or Shift Managers.
  • Generally assess the activity carried out during the shift, reporting relevant aspects to the Senior Quality Controller and the Head of Quality & OpEx.
  • Perform autonomous maintenance (AM) tasks and 5s+ activities (cleaning and tidiness) at the Quality Station in accordance with technical instructions.
  • Generate ideas for process and product improvement.
  • Comply with basic health and safety rules, and report any potential risk of accident.

Requirements

Training in Quality Assurance and analysis

Demonstrable experience in production environments and/or similar positions

Immediate availability and availability to work rotating shifts

Own vehicle for commuting to the workplace
