Requirements
What we're looking for
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Higher Level Vocational Training in areas such as Administration and Finance, IT and Communications, Commerce and Marketing, or similar.
- Technical Knowledge: Fluent use of office tools (Excel and Outlook) and essential knowledge of Salesforce and/or ticketing tools.
- Skills: Organization, ability to prioritize, problem-solving orientation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work proactively in a team.
Nice to have
- Experience: Valued experience of approximately 2 years in incident management, user support, and operational tasks within the sector.

What you'll do
In your day-to-day, you will be a key piece in providing support to the Customer Service area and optimizing internal operations:
- Monitoring and Analysis: You will monitor the area's activity by tracking operational indicators (KPIs), extracting information from various tools, and preparing reports to detect opportunities for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: You will identify recurring incidents not resolved by automation and Artificial Intelligence tools, proposing efficiency actions and executing functional tests (UAT) of new systems.
- Operational Coordination: You will act as a direct interlocutor with the Systems area for the management, monitoring, and escalation of incidents in Salesforce and other corporate applications.
- Knowledge and Ticket Management: You will resolve operational queries, manage tickets for internal users and the commercial network, and keep the team's documentation, manuals, and FAQs up to date.
How you'll work
Contract Type: Temporary (Long-term leave cover)
- General Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
