Do you have experience in the operational management of heavy transport fleets and a passion for the logistics sector? At Randstad, we are looking for a Workshop Manager and Maintenance Management professional to join us on a permanent, direct basis in a solid and constantly growing project.

Reporting directly to Management, you will be the key link between drivers, our own workshop, and the network of official workshops for major brands (Iveco, Volvo, Renault, Scania, Mercedes). Your responsibilities will include:

- Team management: Coordinating the daily activities and work of the 3-person team in our own workshop for minor repairs and weekend tune-ups.

- Driver support and assistance: Providing support to drivers in case of route incidents, breakdowns, and remote technical diagnostics.

- Maintenance management (Preventive and Corrective): Monitoring mileage intervals by brand, scheduling periodic inspections, ITV appointments for tractors and trailers, and managing the VIA-T system.
