What we're looking for

  • Essential requirement: Residing within a maximum of 30 km from the Casasimarro area / province of Cuenca (or nearby towns such as Motilla del Palancar, Iniesta, Quintanar del Rey, Sisante, Tarazona de la Mancha, etc.).
  • Driving license C1 or C+E and a valid CAP certificate (required for occasional vehicle transfers or pick-ups).
  • Experience in industrial/heavy vehicle mechanics and in managing workshops or transport fleets.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel) and desirable knowledge of management software such as Navision and telemetry/GPS systems like Locatel or digital tachographs.
  • Availability for phone support to manage incidents outside regular working hours when required.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract: Permanent contract with direct integration into the company's workforce.

Competitive salary: Fixed salary band of €33,000

  • - €35,000
  • gross per year (applications will be valued based on experience and qualifications).

Incentive package: Annual variable bonus of €2,000

  • extra (5% - 6%) subject to achieving operational and efficiency targets (optimizing breakdown costs, reducing fuel consumption, etc.).

Working hours: Monday to Friday, full-time commercial hours.

Work environment: Joining a consolidated structure with a good working atmosphere and accessible leadership.

The role

Do you have experience in the operational management of heavy transport fleets and are you passionate about the logistics sector? At Randstad, we are looking for a Workshop and Maintenance Management Manager to join directly and permanently a solid and constantly growing project.

What you'll do

Reporting directly to Management, you will be the key link between the drivers, the in-house workshop, and the network of official workshops for major brands (Iveco, Volvo, Renault, Scania, Mercedes). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Internal team management: Coordinating the daily activity and work of the professional team at the in-house workshop for minor repairs and weekend tune-ups.
  • Driver support and assistance: Providing support to drivers regarding on-road incidents, breakdowns, and remote diagnostic assessments.
  • Maintenance management (Preventive and Corrective): Controlling mileage intervals by brand, scheduling periodic inspections, ITV appointments for tractors and trailers, and managing the VIA-T system.
  • 24-hour and roadside assistance: Coordinating tow truck services, approved workshops, and authorizations in the event of breakdowns or tire blowouts on the road.

- Systems and fleet management: Handling the GPS/tachograph manager (Locatel) and the ERP software (Navision).
