What you'll do

  • Provide daily technical support to the customer during corrective and preventive maintenance tasks (PLC/CNC diagnostics, corrections, modifications, and mechanical and electrical work as needed).
  • Actively participate in the incident support service (Front Desk), managing notifications, logging them, and following up on all cases.
  • Execute modifications on machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide support during machine commissioning, calibration, and customer acceptance processes.
  • Document technical issues and the solutions applied, ensuring timely communication and reporting.
  • Coordinate warranty claims with headquarters and manage customer requests.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to team efficiency.
  • Collaborate on technician training and development activities.
  • Comply with company policies and meet the performance objectives set by the Service Manager.

Requirements

  • Vocational training or an engineering degree in the fields of Mechanics,

Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Automation.

  • Minimum of one year of experience working with PLC/CNC machinery in an

industrial.

  • Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and programming PLCs will be valued

(Siemens, Omron, FANUC), CNC systems (Siemens, FANUC), and automation

components (drives/inverters, sensors, pneumatics, and hydraulics).

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), at least B2 level. Knowledge of German at an intermediate to advanced level will be valued, though it is not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving

abilities.
