At Randstad Professionals, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Process Supervisor to join an important temporary project in the Torrejón de Ardoz area. What you'll do

As a Continuous Improvement Process Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:

Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Designing and implementing improvements in workflows to reduce times, minimize movements, and optimize space (Layout).

Writing, updating, and standardizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Leading continuous improvement and workspace organization projects using methodologies such as 5S or Lean.

Monitoring and analyzing KPIs.

Directly leading and managing a team of 10 people.

Initially, according to company philosophy, you will spend one month performing the work of your subordinates to understand the position and processes.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or university degree. A Master's degree would be desirable.

Languages: English level B1-B2.

Tools: Good command of software and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
