What you'll get

Permanent contract.
Rotating full-time schedule:

- Morning shift: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Work 3 Saturdays per month from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Work area: Madrid - Parque Corredor (Torrejón de Ardoz).

The role

What you'll do

Provide customer service at the branch, as well as resolve any issues related to vehicle sales.
Prepare vehicle sales contracts and verify the documentation provided by the customer (traffic reports, circulation permits, ITV, among others).
Manage vehicle documentation, as well as its digitalization and resolution of related issues.
Payment management and follow-up.
Organization and logistical support in the collection of vehicles from the branch.

Requirements

A background in administration or finance is valued.
Knowledge of document management related to vehicle sales.
Strong communication skills.
An organized and meticulous person in their duties.
Valid driver's license (B) and own vehicle recommended.
