What will you do with us?

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Process Engineer in the automotive sector, with expert knowledge of painting and finishing processes.
  • Lean DNA: Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Passion for Teaching: Demonstrated ability to mentor operators and technicians, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan, with an intermediate level of English.
