• Provide legal advice to all areas of the company (Product, Marketing, Technology, Commercial, etc.)
• Guarantee compliance with applicable regulations in: Insurance sector and intermediation; Data protection (GDPR/LSSI); Advertising, competition, consumer protection, and e-commerce; Corporate law and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with insurers, providers, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate corporate obligations: meetings, corporate books, compliance with the Mercantile Registry, among others.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies (DGSFP, AEPD, CNMC, etc.).
• Supervise and strengthen the regulatory compliance system and legal risk management.
• Coordinate and supervise external legal counsel.
• Lead internal legal training and awareness actions.
• Participate in strategic business decision-making with a legal and compliance vision.
• Advise on the design and launch of new products, digital journeys, and business models, including projects related to AI, data, and new technologies.
• Lead and develop the Legal team, fostering a pragmatic legal culture that is close to the business and solution-oriented.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (postgraduate training in digital law, insurance, or compliance is a plus).
• At least 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm and a digital/technology company within the insurance or financial sector.
• Solid knowledge of data protection regulations and the digital environment.
• Experience in team leadership and transversal management with different stakeholders.
• Ability to anticipate legal risks and propose viable solutions for the business.
• High level of English (written and oral).
• Strategic, decisive, proactive, and business-oriented profile.
• Experience in digital businesses, marketplaces, e-commerce, insurtech, fintech, insurance, or financial services will be especially valued.
• It is not essential to have previously held a Head of Legal position. Candidates who have reached a Senior Legal Counsel/Legal Manager level and are prepared to assume the full responsibility of a legal function will be especially valued.
