About the role

Are you motivated to lead international technology projects and be the key link between business, operations, and technical teams in pharma and logistics environments?

At RDT Ingenieros we are looking to expand our technology team and need to bring on a Project Manager / Delivery Manager for SAP logistics projects in the pharmaceutical sector, to work in a remote arrangement, with availability to travel to the United States when the project requires it.

What you'll do

  • Lead the comprehensive management of SAP solution implementation and evolution projects.

  • Act as the main point of contact between the international client, business, operations, and technical teams.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary functional and technical teams.

  • Plan, monitor, and control project milestones, deliverables, risks, and incidents.

  • Coordinate rollouts, go-lives, workshops, user support, and Go-Live phases.

  • Oversee integrations between SAP and external applications.

  • Monitor interfaces, IDocs, sales and purchase orders, material movements, and WMS integration.

  • Prepare project status reports and ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and objectives.

What we are looking for in you

  • Professional English level C1/C2, written and spoken, since all communication with the client and team will be in English.

  • Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager leading technology projects.

  • Functional knowledge of SAP environments, logistics, or operations.

  • Availability to travel to the USA when necessary for rollouts, Go-Lives, workshops, or user support.

  • Experience in comprehensive project management, team coordination, and communication with international clients.

  • Strong client focus, leadership, organization, autonomy, and results orientation.

  • Ability to work in international environments and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

We will especially value

  • Experience in the pharma sector, pharmaceutical production, drug manufacturing, or pharmaceutical supply chain.

  • Knowledge of GMP environments, quality, traceability, regulatory compliance, batch management, expiry dates, and serialization.

  • Experience in logistics processes: warehousing, WMS, material movements, receiving, shipping, picking, inventory, and procurement.

  • Functional or coordination experience in SAP projects related to integrations, interfaces, IDocs, sales and purchase orders, material movements, and integration with external systems.

  • Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP WM/EWM, or SAP PP modules.

  • Experience in international projects, pharmaceutical companies, logistics operators, or distribution companies.
