Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering or similar, preferably specialized in Electricity or Electronics.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Solid knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance, automation, and LV/HV systems.
Knowledge of electromechanical engineering.
Experience or knowledge in SAP PM, MM, CO, and FI.
Training or experience in leadership and team management.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Mastery of safety regulations, legal compliance, and environmental standards.
Planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.

Languages

Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.

⚡ What will your mission be?

Coordinate and supervise all electrical maintenance activities at our plants, managing the human and material resources necessary to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous operations, protecting people and assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll do

🔧 Your main responsibilities

Lead and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance.
Ensure the availability and reliability of low- and high-voltage installations and critical equipment.
Analyze recurring breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate the electrical maintenance team and specialized contractor companies.
Plan and supervise interventions, scheduled shutdowns, startups, and incidents.
Drive technical, reliability, and efficiency improvements in equipment and installations.
Supervise predictive activities such as thermographic inspections, partial discharge monitoring, insulation testing, and power quality analysis.
Manage and optimize maintenance costs and energy consumption.
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory standards.
Develop, train, and support the team under your responsibility.
Prepare technical reports, KPIs, and performance analyses to support decision-making.
