About the role

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Technician in Administration and Finance who wants to take on a key role within our organization, actively contributing to the optimization of financial and operational processes.

In close collaboration with the Corporate Finance Department, you will actively participate in managing the Group's economic and administrative processes, contributing to continuous improvement, digitalization, and the standardization of corporate processes.

What you'll do

· Manage and execute the assigned administrative, accounting, and financial processes, ensuring their proper execution.

· Manage customer billing, ensuring timely issuance and compliance with current regulations.

· Manage the administrative cycle for customers and suppliers.

· Monitor collections and collaborate on customer credit risk control in coordination with the credit insurer.

· Manage operational treasury: cash flow forecasts, bank reconciliations, payments, collections, and relationships with financial institutions.

· Execute and control supplier payments, including urgent transactions when necessary.

· Prepare economic and financial reports for Management, monitoring KPIs and analyzing project profitability.

· Collaborate with the Corporate Finance Department on accounting closings, financial audits, and quality audits.

· Actively participate in the automation and digitalization of administrative processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing initiatives that increase efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with internal procedures and corporate policies.

· Provide support to the Corporate Finance Department on cross-functional projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and the standardization of processes across the Group's different entities.

What we're looking for

· Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles of responsibility within the Administration and Finance area.

· Solid knowledge of financial accounting, treasury, and administrative management.

· Experience working with management ERP systems, with special consideration for Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Minimum English level of B2, both written and spoken.

· Analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and business acumen.

· Organized, proactive, decisive person with the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.

· Mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.

Nice to have

· Previous experience in industrial companies, engineering firms, or business groups.

· Having developed part of your career in audit firms, tax advisory firms, or corporate finance departments.

· Participation in digital transformation projects or the implementation of new administrative processes.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics CRM, Power BI, or automation tools.

· Experience working with external tax advisors (Big Four or specialized firms).

· Knowledge of indirect taxation (domestic VAT).

· Experience in managing and following up on requirements from the Spanish Tax Agency.

· Ability to drive change and lead improvement initiatives within the organization.
