🚀 At RDT we are looking for an EDAR Construction Facilities and Sewer Networks Leader 🚀

Are you passionate about leading large-scale industrial construction projects within the water sector? This could be your next professional opportunity.

We are looking for a Civil or Industrial Engineer with more than 7 years of experience in the management and execution of industrial projects, preferably related to hydraulic infrastructures, wastewater treatment plants (EDAR) and sewer networks.

Location: Gijón (Asturias)

🔹 What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for leading the execution of on-site works, ensuring compliance with the contractual scope, technical specifications, deadlines, costs and safety standards established for the project.

🔹 What do we expect from you?

✅ Experience in coordination and management of contractors.
✅ Supervision of multidisciplinary on-site works.
✅ Control and monitoring of costs, planning and work progress.
✅ Safety management and compliance with HSE requirements.
✅ Resolution of interferences between disciplines and construction activities.
✅ Leadership of construction teams in complex industrial environments.
✅ Ability to ensure the correct execution of water treatment and sanitation infrastructure projects.

🌍 Requirements

✔ Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
✔ More than 7 years of experience in the construction and management of large-scale industrial projects.
✔ Experience in EDAR, sanitation or hydraulic infrastructure projects.
✔ Advanced level of English, with the ability to work with technical documentation, contracts and international communications.

✅ Experiencia en coordinación y gestión de contratistas.
✅ Supervisión de trabajos multidisciplinares en campo.
✅ Control y seguimiento de costes, planificación y avance de obra.
✅ Gestión de la seguridad y cumplimiento de los requisitos HSE.
✅ Resolución de interferencias entre disciplinas y actividades de construcción.
✅ Liderazgo de equipos de construcción en entornos industriales complejos.
✅ Capacidad para asegurar la correcta ejecución de proyectos de infraestructuras de tratamiento y saneamiento de aguas.

🌍 Requisitos

✔ Titulación en Ingeniería Civil o Ingeniería Industrial.
✔ Más de 7 años de experiencia en construcción y gestión de proyectos industriales de gran envergadura.
✔ Experiencia en proyectos de EDAR, saneamiento o infraestructuras hidráulicas.
✔ Nivel alto de inglés, con capacidad para trabajar con documentación técnica, contratos y comunicaciones internacionales.
