RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They have an in-depth knowledge of Red Bull's target audience and are responsible for driving brand image and product awareness on their campus and in their area. The goal of the program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, collaborate with sales to cover university points of sale, and manage the brand at their university. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, encouraging product trial, and occasionally working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Within the program, there are different role approaches that will be assigned based on market needs and each candidate's profile. The program offers a flexible environment that allows them to organize their day-to-day with relative autonomy while developing real experience in marketing and brand management.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license.
Excellent communication skills and a charismatic, energetic, and positive personality. 
Passion for the brand and the product. 
Involved in student life (between first and third year of university), with a deep knowledge of the university and the region, including key environments and meeting points. 
Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. 
Ability to balance studies and part-time work, ideally with availability some afternoons and weekends.
Interest in learning and applying new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
Connected with different influential groups and individuals on campus. 
Ideally, a good level of English.

Nuestros Student Marketeer forman parte del programa de embajadores de marca y producto más dinámico y empoderado del mundo. Conocen profundamente al público objetivo de Red Bull y son responsables de impulsar la imagen de marca y el conocimiento del producto en su campus y en su zona. El objetivo del programa es llegar a nuevos consumidores, entusiasmar a los estudiantes universitarios, colaborar con ventas para cubrir puntos de venta universitarios y gestionar la marca en su universidad. Esto incluye el contacto directo con consumidores y clientes, fomentar la prueba de producto y ocasionalmente, trabajar en eventos de Red Bull para garantizar una experiencia de marca inolvidable. Dentro del programa existen diferentes enfoques de rol que se asignarán según las necesidades del mercado y el perfil de cada candidato. El programa ofrece un entorno flexible que les permite organizar su día a día con relativa autonomía mientras desarrollan experiencia real en marketing y gestión de marca.

Carnet de conducir en vigor.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y personalidad carismática, enérgica y positiva. 
Pasión por la marca y por el producto. 
Integrado/a en la vida estudiantil (entre primer y tercer grado universitario), con un profundo conocimiento de la universidad y la región, incluyendo entornos clave y puntos de encuentro. 
Mentalidad creativa y espíritu emprendedor, con alto sentido de responsabilidad e iniciativa. 
Capacidad para compaginar estudios y trabajo a tiempo parcial, con disponibilidad idealmente algunas tardes y fines de semana.
Interés por aprender y aplicar nuevas habilidades, especialmente en marketing, negociación y ventas.
Conectado/a con distintos grupos e individuos influyentes dentro del campus. 
Idealmente, con buen nivel de inglés.
