The role

From Grupo Planeta we are looking for a student to carry out Communication and Events Internship for Conference Planeta, the conferences and events department of Prisma.

What would your main duties be?

The person will provide direct support to the department in coordinating actions related to the group's authors, speakers and presenters, taking part in both logistics management and communication and commercial support tasks:

  • You will learn to coordinate travel logistics and events for authors and speakers, arranging transportation, schedules, hotels, transfers and needs related to conferences and presentations.
