Job description

Keep production elements and facilities in optimal working order and safety with effective cost and deadline management

What you'll do

Tasks :

  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Equality, and Environmental Policies

  • Implement, ensure, and lead good safety and occupational risk prevention practices and procedures within the warehouse with a clear and visible commitment

  • Report any incidents detected, as well as take part in the investigation team

  • Supervise that maintenance work requiring it has an assigned PTS and that it is correct, thereby ensuring safety in all operations

  • Carry out preventive maintenance, supervising its completion and implementing corrective measures in case of deviations

  • Manage maintenance on a daily basis; direct handling of invoices and breakdowns,

  • Minimize downtime due to breakdowns, thereby maximizing machine availability

  • Monitor suppliers and actively seek different alternatives. Continuous evaluation and improvement

  • Collaborate with the production and service department to identify potential cost-saving alternatives

  • Machine safety: control all documentation for machines on site (RD 1215 certification, CE marking, delivery note, training manual, plans, etc.)

How you'll work

Additional details about the vacancies:

  • Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Rotating shifts: morning (6 a.m.–2 p.m.), afternoon (2 p.m.–10 p.m.), and central (9 a.m.–6 p.m.).
  • Availability on weekends and holidays. Work on alternating weekends with corresponding days off.
  • Travel between several centers in the Community of Madrid. Main office located in San Martin de la Vega.
  • Own car required.
