People Technician Saica Natur Madrid

Job description

We are looking for a People Technician to provide comprehensive support for people management at Saica Natur Madrid. You will be the point of reference for employees and managers, working closely with the Regional People Manager and ensuring management aligned with regulatory compliance. The position supports several work centers within the Community of Madrid, with the main base in San Martín de la Vega.

Location: San Martín de la Vega (Madrid)

Travel: Yes, between different work centers in the Community of Madrid

Essential: Own vehicle

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: Full-time (Mon–Thu standard hours, Fri reduced hours)

Remote work: Up to 5 days/month

What you'll do

Main responsibilities:
People management and support for managers
•    Employee support and resolution of incidents.
•    Support and advice for managers in team management.
•    Preparation of internal communications and employment documentation.
Personnel administration and labor relations
•    Administrative management of personnel: contracts, hires/departures, documentation, etc.
•    Management of payroll variables and coordination with the payroll department.

•    Management and monitoring of working time control.
•    Support for the People Manager in Labor Relations and Works Councils.
•    Collaboration with the People Manager in preparing for and attending conciliation hearings and certain labor court proceedings.
Recruitment and training
•    Management of recruitment processes and temporary employment agencies.
•    Participation in the coordination, management, and monitoring of training plans.

•    Previous experience in a similar role within the HR/People area.
•    Knowledge of personnel administration, recruitment, training, and labor relations.
