People Technician Saica Natur Madrid
We are looking for a People Technician to provide comprehensive support for people management at Saica Natur Madrid. You will be the point of reference for employees and managers, working closely with the Regional People Manager and ensuring management aligned with regulatory compliance. The position provides support to several work centers within the Community of Madrid, with the main base in San Martín de la Vega.
Main responsibilities:
People management and support for managers
• Employee support and incident resolution.
• Guidance and advice for managers in team management.
• Preparation of internal communications and labor documentation.
Personnel administration and labor relations
• Administrative management of personnel: contracts, hires/terminations, documentation...etc
• Management of payroll variables and coordination with the payroll department.
• Management and monitoring of time control.
• Support for the People Manager in Labor Relations and Company Committees.
• Collaboration with the People Manager in preparing and attending conciliation hearings and certain labor judicial proceedings.
Recruitment and training
• Management of recruitment processes and temporary employment agencies.
• Participation in the coordination, management, and monitoring of training plans.
Location: San Martín de la Vega (Madrid)
Travel: Yes, between different work centers in the C. of Madrid
Essential: Own vehicle
Contract: Permanent
Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Thu standard hours, Fri reduced hours)
