Back Office Manager Levante
We are looking for a Back Office Manager to manage the administrative department of the Levante Plant (Paterna, Alicante, Murcia), ensuring the correct execution of administrative processes related to clients and services. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the team and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Reports to Plant Management. Managed centers: Alicante, Murcia, and Paterna. Position located in Paterna (Valencia)
Permanent contract.
Schedule: Mon-Thu from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Fri from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
On-site position with remote work days according to company policy.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar
Minimum 2 years in similar positions.
Advanced office software skills.
Process and team management skills. Client orientation.
Experience in client service and multi-site industrial environments is valued.
