We are looking for a Back Office Manager to manage the administrative department of the Levante Plant (Paterna, Alicante, Murcia), ensuring the correct execution of administrative processes related to customers and services. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the team and ensuring compliance with procedures.

Reports to Plant Management. Centers managed: Alicante, Murcia, and Paterna. Position located in Paterna (Valencia)

What you'll do

Main responsibilities

  • Management of the administrative department, ensuring efficient work processes aligned with company standards.
  • People management of the Back Office team.
  • Process optimization: Review, improve, and standardize administrative processes.
  • Oversee administrative closings and ensure their correct execution.
  • Ensure the application of customer economic conditions, internal procedures, and external requirements.
  • Invoicing management. Control of pending invoicing, settlements, and unpaid items.
  • Incident resolution. Detect, report, and correct deviations or administrative errors.
  • Scale control: Ensure compliance with weighing procedures and confirmation of work reports.
  • Interdepartmental coordination: Ensure smooth administrative communication between areas.
  • Regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Equality, and Environment policies.
