Industrial Facilities Manager Madrid

Job description

Objective

Ensure that the production equipment and facilities of the Madrid plant (San Martín de la Vega, Villaverde, and Torrejón de Ardoz) operate under optimal safety, reliability, and efficiency conditions. Be the technical reference for the development of projects both internally and at customer facilities, ensuring effective management of costs, deadlines, and resources.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and supervise Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of own equipment and equipment installed at customers.
  • Manage the technical and legal documentation of machinery, ensuring compliance with mandatory inspections.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of machinery upgrade programs (Plan Renove).
  • Prepare and maintain facility drawings.
  • Ensure the condition and operation of fire protection systems and other safety elements.
  • Manage suppliers and subcontractors: contact, search for alternatives, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs.
  • Manage the area's budget, including the technical and economic preparation of investment proposals.
  • Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Sales, and the Competence Center to identify improvements and needs.
  • Lead and coordinate the team in charge.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures in all operations.
