Job description

Mission: Achieve sales targets. Maintain and develop existing clients and seek out new opportunities.

TASKS, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Sales Management team, the role will be responsible for:

• Managing clients in the assigned portfolio. Monitoring contract performance to identify deviations, new needs and opportunities.
• Prospecting the market. Understanding our competition. Seeking business opportunities. Acquiring new clients.
• Preparing client proposals. Preparing profitability documentation. Renewing contracts.
• Improving client profitability.
• Providing advice, information and assistance on services and their use.
• Managing client complaints, making the necessary corrections and coordinating actions with other departments.

• Academic background: Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Specific training for the role: Sales and negotiation techniques; Commercial management. Training in Environmental Management and/or Waste Management is a plus.
• Knowledge of office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Customer focus.
• Professional experience: a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Driver's license.

The plant consists of 3 sites located in Torrejón de Ardoz, San Martín de la Vega and Villaverde. The position is based in San Martín de la Vega.

Working hours from Monday to Friday. Remote work possible according to company policy.

Descripción del puesto

Misión: Alcanzar objetivos de ventas. Mantener y desarrollar los clientes existentes y buscar nuevas oportunidades.

TAREAS, FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Bajo la supervisión de la Dirección Comercial, se encargará de:

• La gestión de clientes de la cartera recibida. Seguimiento evolución contratos para detectar desviaciones, nuevas necesidades y oportunidades.
• Prospectar el mercado. Conocer nuestra competencia. Buscar oportunidades de negocio. Captar nuevos clientes.
• Elaborar ofertas a clientes. Preparar documentación de rentabilidad. Renovación de contratos
• Mejorar la rentabilidad de cliente.
• Proporcionar asesoría, información y asistencia sobre los servicios y el uso de éstos.
• Gestionar las reclamaciones del cliente efectuando las correcciones necesarias coordinando acciones con otros departamentos.

• Formación académica: Diplomatura / Licenciatura o Grado Superior en Ciencias Ambientales, Ingeniería Química o similar
• Formación específica para el puesto: Técnicas de venta y negociación; Gestión Comercial. Valorable Formación en Gestión de Medio Ambiente y/o Gestión de Residuos
• Conocimiento sistemas ofimáticos (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Orientación al cliente.
• Experiencia profesional: imprescindible mínimo 2 años de experiencia
• Carnet de conducir.
