Nursing Assistant

Your mission will be to provide patients with the necessary care regarding hygiene, comfort, and well-being, supporting the healthcare staff and following the guidelines set by the Hospital Management, with the objective of guaranteeing quality standards in the assigned service and the satisfaction of the patient and their family with the healthcare received.

💙Provide the patient with all the care that ensures optimal health conditions.

💙Collaborate in the tasks entrusted to you by both Medical staff and Nursing staff.

💙Replenishment of materials for patient care, distribution of food, providing support to consultation receptions, organizing clinical documentation for subsequent filing.

💙Maintenance and cleaning of the different devices to ensure their correct functioning.

💙Inform the Supervisor of any incidents occurring in the Service.

💙Propose ideas to improve the functioning of the service.

We are looking for professionals with great enthusiasm and a passion for helping others and giving their best.

🌱Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant is valued.

👉Other skills and knowledge:

Previous experience in the Operating Room and knowledge of People Soft is valued.

Valuable training in Equality.

Tu misión será proporcionar a los pacientes los cuidados necesarios en materia de higiene, comodidad y bienestar, apoyando al personal sanitario y siguiendo las directrices marcadas por la Dirección del Hospital, con el objetivo de garantizar en el servicio asignado los estándares de calidad y la satisfacción del paciente y su familia con la asistencia sanitaria recibida.

💙Prestar al paciente todos los cuidados que garanticen las condiciones óptimas de salud.

💙Colaborar en las tareas que le sean encomendadas tanto por el personal Médico como por el personal de Enfermería.

💙Reposición del material para la atención de los pacientes, distribución de la alimentación, dar soporte a las recepciones de las consultas, organizar la documentación clínica para su posterior archivo.

💙Mantenimiento y limpieza de los diferentes aparatos para su correcto funcionamiento.

💙Informar al Supervisor/a de las incidencias ocurridas en el Servicio.

💙Proponer ideas para mejorar el funcionamiento del servicio.

Buscamos profesionales con muchas ganas y pasión por ayudar a los demás y ofrecer lo mejor de ellos mismos.

🌱Experiencia:

Valorable experiencia mínima de 1 año como Auxiliar de Enfermería.

👉Otras habilidades y conocimientos:

Valorable experiencia previa en Bloque Quirúrgico y conocimientos de People Soft.

Valorable formación en Igualdad.

🎓Formación:

Grado Medio de Técnico en Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería
