What you'll do

You will manage patient admission and flow in the areas of Day Surgery (CMA) and Diagnostic Imaging (DXI), contributing to providing agile, efficient, and high-quality care. Likewise, you will perform billing processes and associated administrative tasks, guaranteeing the correct functioning of the service and an excellent experience for our patients.

What will your functions and responsibilities be?

  • Manage the admission, reception, and orientation of patients in the Day Surgery (CMA) and Diagnostic Imaging areas.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, diagnostic tests, and interventions, guaranteeing adequate planning of healthcare activity.
  • Process authorizations with insurance companies and verify the necessary documentation for each procedure.
  • Manage billing processes, collections, and cash reconciliation, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Register and update patients' administrative information in the corporate systems.
  • Coordinate patient flow, contributing to agile, efficient, and high-quality care.
  • Resolve administrative incidents and attend to patient inquiries, offering a close and professional service.
  • Prepare and manage the documentation necessary for billing processes and for the correct functioning of the assigned areas.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to guarantee the proper development of the service's daily activity.
