The role

Your mission will be to provide patients with the necessary care in terms of hygiene, comfort, and well-being, supporting the healthcare staff and following the guidelines set by the Management, with the aim of ensuring the quality standards in the assigned service and the satisfaction of the patient and their family with the healthcare received.

What you'll do

💙Provide the patient with all the care that ensures optimal health conditions.

💙Collaborate in the consultations with tasks that support other members of the healthcare team, organize clinical documentation for later filing, and participate in the proper management of bio-sanitary waste.

💙Perform administrative tasks for appointment scheduling and service calendars, billing, and payment follow-up.

💙Reception and admission of patients who call or visit the Center.

💙Restock supplies for patient care, maintain and clean the different equipment to ensure its proper operation.

💙Propose ideas to improve the operation of the service, participate in the implementation of the management model, educational and training activities, and any other functions that may be associated with the position.
