Your mission will be to provide good nursing care in accordance with established protocols, in the assigned service, to ensure the best quality of care.

What you'll do

💙Prepare everything related to the assigned area to ensure the proper functioning of the service.

💙Actively collaborate with the rest of the professionals to meet the care needs of the patient and the unit.

💙Perform dressings, vaccinations, injections, ECGs, and other procedures that are nursing duties. Complete nursing records (medical history, SIGPAL,...). Organize clinical documentation for subsequent filing.

💙Assess situations, problems, and needs of the service, participating in finding solutions. Control the equipment to ensure everything works correctly.

💙Propose ideas to improve the functioning of the service. Teaching and training activities. Any other duties associated with the position.

💙Provide patients with good quality care for their speedy recovery. Comply with technical protection and hygiene standards.

💙Participate in the development and compliance of protocols, standards, and procedures to optimize processes. Participate in the proper management of biomedical waste. Participation in the implementation of the management model.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Tu misión será realizar una buena administración de cuidados de enfermería de acuerdo con los protocolos establecidos, en el servicio asignado, para garantizar la mejor calidad asistencial.

What you'll do

💙Preparar todo lo relacionado en el Área asignada para garantizar el buen funcionamiento del servicio.

💙Colaborar activamente con el resto de profesionales para cubrir las necesidades asistenciales del paciente y de la unidad.

💙Realizar curas, vacunas, inyectables, ECG y otros procedimientos que sean funciones propias de enfermería. Cumplimentación de registros de enfermería (historia clínica, sispal,...).Organizar la documentación clínica para su posterior archivo.

💙Valorar situaciones, problemas y necesidades del servicio participando en la búsqueda de soluciones. Control del aparataje para garantizar que todo funcione correctamente.

💙Proponer ideas para mejorar el funcionamiento del servicio. Actividad docente y formativa. Aquellas otras funciones que puedan estar asociadas al puesto.

💙Proporcionar a los pacientes una buena calidad asistencial para su pronta recuperación. Cumplir las normas técnicas de protección e higiene.

💙Participar en la elaboración y cumplimiento de protocolos, normas y procedimientos, para optimizar procesos. Participar en la correcta gestión de residuos biosanitarios. Participación en la implantación del modelo de gestión.
